Semolina (70%), Ghee, Bengal gram dal, Cashew nut, Salt, Sugar, Curry leaves, Mustard, Lemon powder, Spice mix, Green chilli, Ginger, Acidity regulator (INS 330), Turmeric and Anticaking agent (INS 551).
How to cook
- Add 1 cup mix to 2 ½ cups of boiling water.
- Add 1 ½ tbsp oil and stir constantly for 5-6 min.
- Garnish with fresh coriander, par-boiled peas, chopped beans, carrots and fried groundnuts.
- Mix well. Serve hot.
